Speaker Mr Andrew Tompkin, Head of Department of Optometry, Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen NHS Hospitals Trust, Secretary of the AOP Hospital Optometry Committee, will review the developments in the Hospital Optometrists role and scope of practice over the past 30 years.
